Coal Harbour® Soft Shell Jackets offer technology and style at the highest level. We have taken two great high-performance fabrics and bonded them together to form one. The result of combining a stretch polyester woven to a micro fleece liner with a film insert is the perfect blend for a wind and water resistant jacket.
